Hi,,, well my wife did read that, and she knows that I am one of the very few who are fighting this habit, and I don't think that one day I will be able to share my heart with someone else, actually my wife is a Swiss doctor who lived in Canada and she was scared of the idea of marrying and Arab, though now we are expecting our first baby, and things are ok. We went to Syria and spent good time in DerAzzor.
Back to the poem, I am using lots of symbols and images, such as referring to the second wife as a thing in the 5th line, meaning that a person who will have more than one wife will treat or feel that women are things. And I am against that.
Still there are lots to explain. I will explain upon request.
